At JRW Estimating & Surveying, we strive to provide high-quality estimating and quantity surveying services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to maintain fairness in our refund policy. By engaging our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds may be considered in cases where services have not yet been delivered or work has not commenced.
1.2 If a client cancels a service before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
1.3 Once work has commenced, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the level of work completed.
1.4 No refunds will be provided once the final deliverables have been sent to the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Clients may request cancellation of services in writing via email.
2.2 Any cancellation made after service commencement may be subject to charges for work already completed.
2.3 JRW Estimating & Surveying reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client violates the terms of engagement. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
3.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the client.
3.3 JRW Estimating & Surveying is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Non-Refundable Services

4.1 Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
4.2 Urgent or expedited services that have been initiated upon request are non-refundable.
4.3 Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they should first contact JRW Estimating & Surveying to seek resolution.
5.2 Any disputes regarding refunds shall be handled through negotiation, and if unresolved, through legal arbitration in accordance with the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

6. Changes to This Policy

6.1 JRW Estimating & Surveying reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.
6.2 Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
